So I built the somebody. The behavioral data coming off an ordinary rooftop unit is mind-blowing once you start looking at it the right way, and Elite Energy Management looks at all of it. Every night the platform reads the day's data from every unit we monitor, compares each one against its own healthy history, and tells the operator in plain English what needs attention and why. Grounded in what the equipment actually did. No speculation.

The part I never get tired of is watching it close the loop. A unit's score drops. The customer schedules a technician instead of waiting for the breakdown. The next day, the score climbs back up. That one screen, score down, repair, score recovered, is twenty years of manual work compressed into something that happens automatically across hundreds of locations while everyone sleeps.
